Nikaus make a fantastic specimen palm. They prefer a shady sheltered site, but can be planted in full sun. Looks great in a plant container or pot. Can be grown indoors. Tolerates only light frost. In the first 10 years can grow up to 1.5 meters high by 1 meter wide. At maturity up to 10 meters high by 3 meters wide. These are in a 5 Lt Pot.
