Kowhai - Sophora microphylla

Kowhai is a tree with spreading, drooping branches. This is the small leaf variety. The Tui's love this tree once it flowers. In the first 10 years they grow up to 4 meters high x 3 meters wide. At maturity, it will it be around 7 meters high x 4 meters wide. These are in a 1.5 Ltr pot.
