Manuka (Leptospermum) Wiri Kerry

This is an outstanding cultivar of our standard manuka trees. Has bronze foliage and double red flowers. Grows around 70cms in height and about 50 cms in width. If you wish you can trim it to keep the shape. Flowers in spring and autumn. Awesome for the bees. A hardy plant. Tolerates coastal conditions. Handles the frost. Prefers the full sun. Good drainage but while still young keep an eye it doesn't dry out too much over these hot summers we are getting. Looks great in the garden or containers. They are in a 4 Ltr pot.
